It took 3 days before the car was ready for collection. Following my request to speak to the Manager about the delay, a courtesy car was made available and the rep kept me informed. A patient technician demonstrated the park assist function.

The request to clean/check the brakes and inspect them for damage possibly was only a visual inspection. The additional work had to be authorised again and I had to wait another day. Also over charged for 1st service - I had to argue for a reduction.
Satisfied by service from the actual garage - Grant & Abigail very knowledgable & helpful. Good communication that car ready in good time - just the booking in information that was erroneous and the long wait stops me from scoring higher
For a first service, a tad more expensive than I had expected. And only other niggle was that the boot had not been vacuumed, whereas the rest of the car had been. These are small niggles - otherwise, very satisfied
The reception staff and booking service needs to be setup again from scratch. You can not even book an appointment while you wait on line. Once you get past the booking and in the gate it is good and valued service.
The repair did not fix the problem completely. Bluetooth connectivity still drop occasionally.

I have BMW tyre insurance and this is my first claim - although it took a while to establish both facts! Several months ago a nail was found in a rear tyre but as it only caused a slow puncture I deferred claiming - resulting in reduced amount claim

The service I received was outstanding and I commend in particular, the young woman who took care of everything...I don't remember her name but she sits at one of the service desks.
Was not taken seriously, eventually they got it wrong but I still had to pay for it.
i had red warning lights stating that the front brake pads needed replacing urgently, but was told the parts the car needs are on "major back order" meaning they are not only not available in England but Germany too, which i find staggering

I have had the car in multiple times for squeaking brakes and they are never fixed.
BMW staff were always welcoming. Customer receives a full summary of work carried out. Also receives a video clip of the car health check service of the work completed.
The replacement of a faulty key air conditioner component appears to have been done well. Our service advisor was friendly and kept us informed. Having to wait four weeks for an appointment was a shock to this former BMW owner from the US.

Was informed at 4.30pm that my car would not be seen today due to staff unavailability, presumably this was known in the morning.
Team tries the best but again servicing a large number of cars is a challenge
The work was reported to be complete and the car cleaned but the cleaning had not been done when I arrived so I had to wait a considerable time for it to be carried out. The standard of cleaning was poor.
They fixed everything that I asked them to do and more.
Car serviced ok , all went smoothly
Although the parts were not ready to be picked up when I was told to be, the recovery was smooth and I felt I was treated as important customer.
Estimate provided by the "Book a Service" website at https://parklanebmw.bmw-retailer-service.co.uk/book-appointment/ is that an Engine Oil Service for my car should cost £248.28. The actual cost was £344.77. You should provide better estimates.
Very difficult to get through following closure of BMW Nine Elms resulting in Stewart's Rd being overloaded.

The car is getting in it's life it may be time to let go due to expensive repairs looming
